RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you purchased directly from our website and wish to return your product to us, please contact us at email@example.com for a refund or exchange within 15 calendar days of purchase, along with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), and under these additional conditions:
Products can be returned to us only in new, unused, unopened condition in the original packaging/same condition as sold (due to hygienic reasons, once any of our grooming products have been used/touched inside, they are deemed contaminated and must be discarded).
Customer will be responsible for the return shipment fee for returned shipments.
Refunds will be credited to the same card or same payment method used to purchase the item(s).
Once we receive the unused product in its original packaging and it passes our inspection, we will process your refund. Refunds will not include the original cost of shipping the product to you as we do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees – they will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
In the rare event a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for a same product replacement.
If you would like to exchange a product you purchased from our website with another product from our website, the product must be new, unused, unopened and in its original packaging/same condition as sold. We will send the new item once we have received your return item. Please note that all shipping/additional postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return a product not from our website, please return to the original location of purchase along with the original receipt. Please confirm the return policy at the original location of purchase, as each retail store has its own return policy.
If you purchase our products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we cannot assist you with any problems that you may encounter, and cannot offer exchanges or refunds.
